Responsibilities

  • To create, manage and organize all file systems and folders; hard copy and on the computer.
  • To assist superior on daily administrative work.
  • To answer phone call and assist to manage superior’s daily schedule.
  • Responsible for all ad-hoc task that given by superior.
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure.
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in any field.
  • Required Skill(s): computer literacy
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress of work at the site.
  • To liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, authorities, and contractors.
  • To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, construction plans, procedures, and specifications.
  • To prepare report required by authorities.
  • To prepare monthly progress report.
  • To check all construction drawings and liaise with consultants if there are any discrepancies found.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to solve technical problems.
  • To attend site meetings.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Candidate must possess strong analytical skills, initiative, enthusiasm in work, good communication skills & able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
  • Additional required skills: MS Office, AutoCad and MS Project.
  • Willing to work in Melaka.

Responsibilities

  • Overall QS operation of project assigned to you (take off quantities, preparation of BQ, selection of materials, tendering & costs analysis, certifications, V.O & final account).
  • Handling progress claims and progress payment.
  • Preparation of project budget, report and tenders, and certifications of claims for payments.
  • Administration of contracts and costs monitoring.
  • Responsible in taking-off quantity, claim preparation and final account.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Establish database for costs, materials and supply source.
  • Monitor site valuation / measurement.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post- Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying of equivalent.
  • Full- Time position(s) available.
